The work

Work shown at Fashion Clash with the garments and the cast pieces installed together, rather than a runway.

Notes

The garments had always been shown as fashion and the objects had always been shown as sculpture, which made them look like two practices by the same person.

Hanging them in one space settled that. Seen next to a cast form, the frayed denim reads as a material decision rather than a styling one, and the cast form borrows the body back from the clothes.

First time the two halves of the work were shown as one.
